’m Tanya Salinas, a Family Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience, specializing in medical aesthetics for the last two. Combining clinical expertise with a passion for confidence-boosting beauty, I’m dedicated to helping clients feel radiant in their own skin. Outside the clinic, I’m a proud wife and mother of four, balancing family life with a deep commitment to caring for others.

My partner, Yoselin, and I founded our medspa because we believe aesthetics is an art that can truly transform how people feel about themselves. Seeing the joy and confidence our patients gain from their results is the most rewarding part of what we do. We wanted to bring top-tier aesthetic care to Manvel in a warm, inviting space, and we are so proud to serve our community by helping you look and feel your absolute best.
Why I Chose to Create a MedSpa
Yoselin Gonzalez, FNP-C
Yoselin Gonzalez, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the co-founder of Infinite Glow Aesthetics. After earning her nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2015, she spent eight years in ICU and medical-surgical care at Baylor St. Luke’s before completing her Master’s at UTMB Galveston in 2023. Balancing her clinical practice at Infinity Family Clinic with her eye for aesthetic detail, Yoselin combines rigorous medical expertise with artistry to deliver safe, personalized, and results-driven treatments that leave clients feeling radiant.
Melissa Salinas, Licensed Esthetician
Melissa Salinas is a Licensed Esthetician with several years of experience in the medical field, working with patients and alongside healthcare professionals. Her background in healthcare has helped shape her caring, professional, and detail oriented approach to client care.
Following her passion for beauty and skincare, she attended Ogle School, where she received hands-on training in esthetics, skincare, and beauty services.
Recently married and beginning an exciting new chapter as a Licensed Esthetician, Melissa is passionate about continuing to grow her knowledge and skills while building meaningful relationships with her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, makeup and beauty, working out, and embracing this new season of life.
